I did ask permission first, Bethany's my witness...
Hardy, har..har...beloved husband.
He neglected to tell you that he gaveth hiseth permissioneth toeth me-eth. Freaky with the 'eth stuff. Couldn't imagine living in the era of the King James' version of speaking...oh, what the who, let us give it a try...
If thine palate doth refresh upon thine consumption of mine heated
juice from an apple ladened tree of which was not forbiddened...thouest may
partake henceforth from mine bountiful blessing of thrice heated
preparation of mine concoction now knownest as thou celestial harbinger of
nonfermented apple libation liberally seasoned with spices.
Hasten forthwith and drink til thine thirst be slakened.
Oh well...that was exhausting and a bit prosaic in a meandering way!
Toodle-ooh! I will concoct more witty things to elaborate upon later!
So glad y'all enjoyed the cider...here be the recipe:
Mary's Cider-licious (according to Mistress Sarah!)
3 quarts Apple Juice
1 quart Sam's Choice Cran-Raspberry Juice
6 Tbs of CostPlus Mulling Spices
Put the spices in a cheesecloth bag and bring mixture to a rapid
boil. Turn off heat. I let mine sit overnight. Heat again to a
boil right before serving.
Enjoy!
